What happens on a discovery call?

Accepted Answer

Prathap will ask where you are, what isn't working, and what you're hoping for. You'll both get a clear sense of fit. If it's right, he'll recommend the most suitable service. If it isn't, he'll say so honestly.

What does a typical workshop engagement look like?

Most engagements start with a short discovery conversation to understand your team's context and goals. Prathap then designs a bespoke session — half-day to multi-day. You receive a debrief and follow-up recommendations after delivery. No off-the-shelf content.

How long does a coaching engagement last?

Discovery packages are short-format (2 to 4 sessions). Full coaching engagements typically run 3 to 6 months. Retreats are 3 to 5 days. The right scope is always mapped out during your initial discovery call.
