Men-Kind operates under the ICF Code of Ethics, which includes a strong duty of confidentiality. No client information is shared without explicit written consent. Any case studies or testimonials published on this site are either anonymised or shared with the express permission of the individual.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. Enquiry and contact data is retained for up to 2 years. Coaching engagement records are retained for up to 5 years for professional compliance purposes, then securely deleted.
